All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of uploading the information. The total cost that you will be charged, is the price of your goods, plus delivery. Assembly charges for furniture, if requested, may apply.
Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website, the payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order. All goods must be paid for in full, before delivery. This deadline is up to 5:30PM the day before your expected delivery.
You confirm that the credit/debit being used is yours. If the issue of your payment card doesn’t authorise the transaction, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
With free delivery, we do not guarantee a time period for delivery. The customer will be contacted in advance to receiving their delivery. If the customer wishes to have express delivery, they must contact the store after purchase (via email or phone) to agree a delivery charge and date.
If an order is placed anywhere in the UK, outside of Northern Ireland, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
You will be notified if your delivery will be before lunch (1PM) or after lunch (2PM). We cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. Inclement weather, traffic congestion or breakdowns are all recognised as beyond our control.
If you (or anyone in the household) fail to be present at the time of delivery, we cannot guarantee that you will get your delivery that same day. Additional delivery charges may apply in this circumstance.
If you have made an arrangement with the company to pay cash on the shop premise, or by any other alternative payment method. You can do so up until 5:30PM the day before your delivery.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any difficulties that may be incurred when delivering, at the time of ordering. You are also solely responsible for clearing rooms, passageways and any other space in which our delivery drivers may have to carry and manoeuvre goods through. We require our customers to have measured all furniture and doorways, as you are responsible for ensuring the furniture will go into your home through safe access points. If your items occur damage as a result of failing to provide our drivers with safe and appropriate space or failing to make our drivers aware of hazards, we will not be able to offer a replacement. If you have any issues stating difficulties online when purchasing, or are concerned about being able to clear appropriate space, please contact the shop via email or telephone.
If you need to change the delivery address, please do so by contacting the shop.
If we have to reschedule a delivery, we will give you 24 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we advise giving us the same notice period of 24 hours.
A delivery cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery, as goods are loaded the afternoon before.
Assembly of furniture is available at cost.
Goods may be returned if they arrive in damaged condition. Any goods accepted upon delivery will be deemed as to have been inspected, and thus considered as acceptable and of good quality. If an item arrives damaged, return it with our delivery drivers. Normally, we will replace or repair any damaged goods. Please allow time for this process to take place.
We may need to visit the delivery address to inspect any goods described as damaged before a return is accepted. If we find no fault in the item, we cannot accept the return. If we can find fault, and the item can be repaired on the spot, we will not accept a return and instead fix the damage.
A returned product will only be accepted with your receipt, for proof of purchase. Ideally, the item should be returned in the packaged form that it was delivered. We will not accept an item that has been tampered with. The product will be inspected upon it’s return to check for tampering and to confirm it is complete with all of it’s parts.
If you decide to return your item for any reason other than finding it to be faulty, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning the goods. We reserve the right to not accept all returns. In the case of returning an item that isn’t faulty, you may be given store credit.
Custom-made or custom-edited items cannot be returned or cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure the item you have ordered is correct. Records will be kept of your order. These custom items include, but are not limited to; divan sets, slide-robes and sofa ranges.
For hygiene reasons, pillows, mattress, bedframes, divan bases and headboards cannot be returned.
Cancellation can only be accepted when the company is in breach of contract.
